Achieving Change are accredited in the use of several psychometric tools that are available for use depending on the specific needs identified.
These include but are not restricted to: MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) tool and SHL OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaires).

Psychometrics can be used as part of leadership development, team building or individual Coaching.  At times the use of these tools provides an insight for the individual that they have never been aware of previously.  Considering their own style and how this may be similar or different to others that they are interacting with can often open a new way of looking at the world.   Understanding our differences and strengths with a strategy to play to these is all part of our People focus on growth.
